AI Business Automation
The work happens between your tools
Most businesses do not lose time inside their software. They lose it in the gaps — the enquiry copied from the inbox to the CRM, the follow-up that depended on somebody remembering, the report rebuilt by hand every Monday.
- 01
Runs without being asked
Work fires on the event that should trigger it rather than when someone next has a free hour to notice.
- 02
No platform lock-in
Built across the tools you already pay for, so the process is yours rather than something rented from one vendor.
- 03
Every step recorded
You can see what ran, when it ran and what it did, which is what makes an automated process trustworthy.
A process that runs itself beats a process someone remembers.
- A new enquiry
Sits until somebody opens the inbox and types it into the CRM
Routed, recorded and acted on the moment it arrives
- Follow-up
Happens if the right person remembers on the right day
Fires on schedule, every time, whoever is in that week
- Reporting
A spreadsheet somebody rebuilds before every meeting
Current whenever you look at it, without anyone preparing it
- More volume
More admin hours, and the same work done later
The same system handles it, and the cost does not move with it
From the enquiry to the report
We connect your tools, your leads, and your workflows so the manual work disappears. This includes:
- 01
GoHighLevel builds
Pipelines, follow-ups and CRM automation configured to run themselves rather than to be driven by hand.
- 02
n8n and Make.com workflows
Automations that connect the tools you already use, without moving your business onto a single platform to do it.
- 03
Custom-coded integrations
Bespoke work for the systems and workflows that no off-the-shelf connector covers, which is most of the interesting ones.
- 04
Lead routing
Enquiries sorted and sent to the right person or the right sequence on arrival, by whatever rules your business actually uses.
- 05
Follow-up sequences
Multi-step follow-up that continues until someone replies or the sequence ends, rather than stopping when the week gets busy.
- 06
Analytics automation
Reporting and data tracking that updates itself, so the numbers are there when you want them rather than after somebody builds them.

Questions we get
- Do we have to change the tools we use?
- No. We build around what you already run, because a migration is a second project and most of the value does not need one. Where a tool genuinely cannot do the job we will say so rather than working around it forever.
- What happens when an automation fails?
- Failures are surfaced rather than swallowed. A step that cannot complete is logged and flagged to your team, so the answer is a notification rather than discovering a fortnight of missing records.
- Is this the same as buying an automation tool?
- A tool gives you the ability to build. The work is deciding what should happen, in what order, under which conditions, and then making it survive the exceptions. That is what we do.
- Can we change it ourselves afterwards?
- Yes, where it is built on a platform with an editor. We hand over the workflows rather than keeping them behind our own account, and we document what each one does.
- How does it fit with the calling agent?
- They are the same system seen from two ends. The agent handles the conversation; the automation moves what came out of it — the record, the booking, the follow-up and the reporting.
